Are you editing appointment correctly?

We are noticing that many appointments are being canceled and rescheduled for the same day. This is most likely due to not being familiar with the features Groomer.io has to offer. The apply service screen allows you to do a lot more then just apply services. Some of the features include adding and removing pets from an appointment, creating new pets and viewing history.

The most common mistake is when a groomer accidentally schedules the customers wrong pet or the customer decides to bring a different dog then they originally scheduled for. Sometimes this is not noticed until the customer arrives on the day of the appointment.

The solution for this is the magical edit button on the top right of the apply service screen. When the customer arrives with a pet you are not expecting you can simply tap on the edit button to be prompted with the ability to select or de select pets along with an option to add a completely new pet.
