All automated messages are optional. You may turn them on and off at any time.

Data security is our top concern. All of your data is backed up routinely, and we do not sell any information about your clients.
What phone number will messages be sent from?
Groomer.io will assign a new local number to your account. All messages and phone calls will be sent using that phone line. If you would prefer to send messages through your own cell phone number, you may do that as well.
Is there a limit on SMS messages and phone calls?
There is absolutely no limit to SMS messages or phone calls, and you are not billed per message or call. Enjoy real unlimited messaging with Groomer.io.
Is there a limit to the number of employees or customers I can save?
There is no limit on the number of employees that can work for you. In addition, you can save as many customers in the system as needed. Never worry about deleting customers to stay under certain quotas or paying per employee ever again!
Is there a contract or setup fee?
There is no contract or setup fee. You pay month to month and can come and go as you please. If you need any help setting up or importing an existing customer database, please reach out to our friendly customer service!
Is tech support included?
Tech support is included by default on all plans! Your business is important, and we know you need someone you can call when you need some help. You shouldn’t have to pay for peace of mind.
