Different from online booking, requesting does not put an appointment on the books, but rather leaves you a reminder to schedule this client at your convenience.
Do I use one or the other: requesting or booking?
Pick the style that works best for you! Use Online Booking when you want to fill up your schedule by allowing clients to book themselves. Toggle to Online Requesting when you prefer to approve your appointments by hand and seek control over when they’re scheduled.
